HOW IT WORKS

Inspect your completed website privately

We provide a staging or review version that shows the deliverables covered by your approved scope. Review the agreed pages, wording, imagery, contact paths and design. If contracted work is missing or incorrect, request corrections before signing.

The review stage does not mean your public domain has changed.

Tell us how the project meets your expectations

During final review, we ask you to confirm the objective deliverables and also invite candid feedback: what works well, what could improve and any remaining concerns. The feedback request can include a neutral 1–5 satisfaction rating, positives and suggestions. You may provide positive, negative or no feedback; a favorable rating is never required for delivery.

We retain the actual feedback with the project record. We would seek separate permission before quoting it publicly as a testimonial.

Approve the exact delivery version

Your delivery agreement identifies the version reviewed, approved scope, known outstanding items if any, and the remaining balance after your $250 planning credit.

You sign or authenticate approval before the final project balance is charged. If you have identified material unfinished contracted work, we follow the corrections process rather than treating a general acknowledgment as approval.

Receive your source code

After approval and successful final payment, we supply the completed website source code and eligible assets at no additional charge. The version delivered matches the approved project; credentials or media licenses that cannot legally transfer are excluded or identified.

You receive the code before we connect the website to your public domain.

Public launch follows domain readiness

We coordinate the authorized cutover and test your live website after the necessary domain and hosting arrangements are ready. Normal launch target is 24–48 hours after sign-off, payment, code delivery and all technical/domain prerequisites are complete. This is not a promise that any registrar or DNS provider will finish within a fixed time.

The monthly managed website subscription begins only on verified public launch. We send the final live URL and relevant completion information.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions.

Can I request changes at final review?

Yes. Corrections needed to meet the accepted scope are reviewed before sign-off. New features or a changed business strategy may need a separate approved change order.

Does approving staging mean the public site is already live?

No. Final acceptance confirms the reviewed site deliverables. Domain cutover, certificates and live-site functional checks happen afterward.

Will I get the source code even if I leave later?

Yes. We deliver eligible source files after the project is approved and paid, and you may request a free raw-code export again later.
