Business context

Executive Language Partners provides English communication programs for executives, professionals and international teams, people who need to present ideas, lead conversations, produce stronger business materials and operate effectively across borders.

Its buyers are individual executives and the HR and operations leaders who commission training for teams. Both need to see quickly that this is professional development tied to real work, not a general language course.

What needed to change

Language training is a crowded, commoditized category online. The site had to separate a business-focused service from consumer language schools, explain several distinct program formats without confusing either audience, and make pricing and process clear enough that a corporate buyer would book a consultation.

Strategy

Position the offer as communication performance at work, meetings, presentations, reports, proposals, negotiations - and make that the organizing idea for every page.

Give each buying situation its own program line, then route everyone who is unsure to a single consultative action: discuss your requirements.

Information and experience architecture

Four program pages, Executive Communication Coaching, Team Communication Programs, Industry and Role-Based English, and Embedded Communication Support, each describing who it is for and what is included, under a programs overview.

Supporting pages answer the questions that stall corporate purchases: an about page, a pricing page, FAQs, contact and a persistent "Book a Call" action in the header. A three-step process, assess needs, build program, develop skills - sets expectations before the first conversation.

Design system

A confident crimson brand palette, bold sans-serif headings and professional photography of workplace settings. Program cards, process steps and calls to action reuse a small set of components so the site stays consistent as programs are added or revised.

Engineering and implementation

Built on WordPress with a component-based page builder so program and pricing content can be updated without breaking the layout, with accessibility and privacy statements published alongside the commercial pages.

Search and content

Each program has its own indexable page targeting a specific intent, executive coaching, team programs, industry-specific English and ongoing embedded support, rather than competing variations of one generic page. Pricing and FAQ content answers pre-purchase questions directly on the site.

Key functionality

  1. Program architecture

Four program lines with dedicated pages and a comparative overview.

  2. Consultative conversion path

Book a Call in the header and "Discuss your requirements" at the points where visitors are unsure which program fits.

  3. Corporate buyer content

Pricing, FAQs and corporate coordination details for HR and operations buyers.

  4. Process clarity

A three-step engagement model explained before any contact is made.

Responsive and mobile behavior

On phones the hero keeps its headline and single primary action above the fold, and program information is reorganized into stacked sections that read in the same order as the decision.

Ongoing operating model

The site is operated as a managed property: program and pricing updates, technical health, forms and measurement are handled by Colorbull within the managed relationship.
