Handle calls within a carefully defined service

The purpose is to provide a consistent first response when the business cannot answer every incoming call. A reliable system needs far more than a synthetic voice: routing, business hours, transfer rules, regional notices, failure recovery and accurate booking authority.

We design the call experience around the tasks that matter, including what the receptionist must refuse or pass to staff. Uncertain answers, emergencies and sensitive matters require clear fallback paths.

How the service is designed

  1. Inbound reception

Business-specific greeting, routing and defined caller questions.

  2. Caller context

Relevant contact and service details collected with suitable notice.

  3. Transfer and fallback

Routing to staff, voicemail or approved alternative when calls cannot be handled.

  4. Booking connection

Optional calendar and service scheduling under confirmed permissions.

  5. Consent and recording

Regional call notices, data-retention and recording controls where applicable.

  6. Metered operation

Telephony, speech and model consumption controlled through agreed limits.

A standalone communications service

Voice setup starts at $6,000, while voice management starts at $900/month. Phone numbers, call minutes, speech/model processing, transcriptions and any external communications services are separately priced under agreed usage terms.

Website live chat, SMS outreach and social messaging are not automatically included. Each has a distinct service agreement and operating responsibility.

What must be agreed before a business routes calls

We define call categories, hours, escalation points, information that may be collected, booking or transfer permissions, privacy notices and regional restrictions.

We run controlled acceptance calls for routine, ambiguous and failed interactions before routing customer traffic. There is no promise of emergency response or unrestricted autonomous decision-making.

Phone number and customer continuity

The number owner, telephony account, caller data, recordings, transcripts and any exit transition are documented so a business can retain its communications identity if services change.

The operating model

Scope, ownership and the next step

AI voice reception starts at $6,000 for agreed setup, with operating management starting at $900/month plus separately metered telephony, speech and model usage.

We define call permissions, notice, transfer, escalation and failure handling before routing calls. Website live chat and other channels can connect to a common customer record, but remain independent commercial services.

Works alongside

Capabilities this program most often depends on or feeds. Each is scoped on its own and added only when it serves the objective.

  1. Website Live Chat & Intelligent Assistance

Visitor conversations, qualified inquiries and governed handoff

  2. CRM & Workflow Integration

Connected lead routing, business records and reliable system handoffs

Buyer questions

Is this part of Website Live Chat?

No. Voice reception is a separate product. Shared knowledge or CRM connections can be proposed, but their setup and ongoing obligations remain independently visible.

Will it book appointments automatically?

Booking is an optional integration and only proceeds against a supported calendar and permissions verified in the customer scope.

Does the monthly fee include unlimited minutes?

No. Calling and model usage are measured under an agreed allowance and overage schedule.

  1. What does an AI voice receptionist cost?

A useful reception service needs call handling, transfer and fallback rules, privacy notices and measured operating costs, not only a synthetic voice.

  2. What does ongoing website management cost?

The monthly cost of keeping a business website healthy, current and improving, and what separates real management from a hosting plan.
