Build a workable market plan instead of a collection of campaigns

A sales target is not a channel strategy. We examine what the business can deliver, where demand is likely to exist, which alternatives buyers consider and where the economics of acquisition start to make sense.

The result is a prioritized plan, with evidence, open questions, a channel sequence, clear ownership and a practical measurement proposal rather than a stack of abstract marketing slides.

How the service is designed

  1. Market and buyer definition

A concrete ideal-customer scope and buying conditions.

  2. Offer structure

Positioning, promise, pricing logic and commercial boundaries.

  3. Channel selection

Search, outbound, partnerships, social and paid media evaluated against evidence.

  4. Demand and economics

Acquisition assumptions, sales capacity and meaningful commercial measures.

  5. Messaging

Buyer objections and real product facts translated into useful copy direction.

  6. Execution decisions

Sequenced experiments, people responsible and a clear approval path.

A defined strategy engagement

GTM research and strategy workshops start at $3,500. We agree the target market, research depth, number of segments, competitor set, outputs and stakeholders before the engagement begins.

A typical scope produces a focused opportunity assessment, offer and message recommendations, channel priorities, measurable launch assumptions and a practical first-stage action plan. Research is qualified; forecasts are not sold as known results.

Strategy and channel operation are different services

Ongoing marketing execution is separately contracted through named channels, including Integrated Growth from $2,500/month when appropriate. Advertising spend, external tools and substantial production work are not automatically covered by a strategy workshop.

Clients can act on the strategy internally or commission specific subsequent programs.

Keep the plan honest

Recommendations explicitly distinguish available market evidence, client-provided facts, working assumptions and unanswered questions. The measures must reflect actual sales and operational capacity, not just traffic volume.

The operating model

Scope, ownership and the next step

A scoped go-to-market workshop starts at $3,500. It produces research and a commercial plan, not automatically executed campaigns or promised revenue.

Marketing execution is separately contracted through selected channels. Integrated Growth starts at $2,500/month where its agreed scope fits; media spend, provider accounts and additional production remain independent.

Works alongside

Capabilities this program most often depends on or feeds. Each is scoped on its own and added only when it serves the objective.

  1. Digital Marketing

Connected marketing, customer journeys and measurable outcomes

  2. Account-Based Marketing

    Targeted programs for strategic accounts

  3. Analytics & Attribution

    Measurement, attribution, decision reporting

Buyer questions

Does the workshop include running advertising campaigns?

No. We can scope channel execution separately after you approve priorities, budgets and accounts.

Can a smaller business use this?

Yes. A narrower segment or launch decision can be more valuable than a large general marketing plan.

Do you guarantee revenue growth?

No. We clarify assumptions and define what can be measured, but market response depends on factors outside any agency's control.

  1. How much does digital marketing cost?

Why "digital marketing" can mean one channel or an entire outsourced growth function, how agencies charge for it, and what actually moves the price.
