About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website operated by Colorbull Agency (“Colorbull”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may browse, read and share links to the site for your own business or personal purposes. Please do not:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
- submit forms automatically, in bulk or with false information about who you are;
- copy substantial parts of the site’s content, design or code to present as your own.
Information on the site
The site is informational. Buyer guides, market ranges and examples are general planning information, not quotes and not professional, legal, financial or tax advice for your situation. Published Colorbull prices are starting points; every engagement is scoped individually and confirmed in writing. We work to keep the site accurate and current, but content can become out of date.
Planner and assessments
The project planner shows a preliminary direction produced by fixed rules applied to your answers. It is not an offer, a quote or an expert assessment of your business, and it creates no obligation on either side. Assessment requests are reviewed by a person; any observations we share are provided in good faith for discussion.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, graphics and code, and the Colorbull name and marks, belong to Colorbull or its licensors. Nothing on the site grants a licence to use them beyond viewing and sharing links as described above.
Project names, logos and screens shown in our work belong to their respective owners and appear to describe work Colorbull performed. Their appearance does not imply ownership, endorsement or any other relationship beyond that work.
What you send us
When you send us information through a form or by email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send credentials, payment details or confidential material that you are not permitted to disclose. How we handle what you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party links
The site links to websites we do not control, including sites of organizations whose work we show. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Colorbull is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Service engagements
Design, development, managed operation, growth and any other services are provided only under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to the services.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
