HOW IT WORKS
We first discuss your business, the type of website you need and the approximate project scope. You receive a preliminary direction and build quote before ordering detailed planning.
This early conversation is not a complete SEO strategy, site map or engineering specification. Those belong to the paid planning stage.
A $250 payment purchases your detailed Website & SEO Master Plan. It is also available as a standalone product if you want to commission development elsewhere.
The plan is normally delivered within one to two business days after payment is confirmed and we receive the required business information. If essential information is missing or the project needs a nonstandard scope, we explain the dependency and timing before proceeding.
If you have Colorbull build the website, the $250 you already paid is deducted from the agreed total project price. It is not an additional fee.
For example, if a focused build is quoted at $1,750, the initial $250 planning payment is part of that construction total. Your monthly service is selected independently and billed from confirmed launch, whichever service level you choose.
We prepare the website for private review and allow you to identify corrections within the agreed scope. Once you approve the exact finished version and sign the delivery agreement, we collect the remaining project balance.
After that payment clears, we provide your source-code files at no additional charge. Only then do we proceed with the public-domain launch when everything is ready.
Managed hosting and website service subscriptions begin billing only after the new website is confirmed live. There is no monthly hosting bill during planning, production, staged review, final signing or while domain setup is pending.
The agreed contract controls the billing date, any first-cycle proration and service-specific terms.
