Software support should be transparent and separable

A website hosting subscription is not an application operations agreement. Authenticated applications, backends, databases, payment flows and mobile platforms carry different operational duties and different cost exposure.

Colorbull can scope those duties into an independent management service, with a clear responsibility boundary, usage allowance and documentation for any provider costs.

How the service is designed

  1. Health and visibility

Service monitoring and incident signals linked to named owners.

  2. Backup and recovery

Documented data backup, restoration and rollback requirements.

  3. Security and maintenance

Dependencies, credentials, access and scheduled platform changes.

  4. Release operations

QA, controlled publication and regression checks.

  5. Store-specific support

Optional compatibility testing and submission management for native apps.

  6. Clear budgets

Hosting, traffic, messages and provider usage independently disclosed.

An operations scope appropriate to the application

Customer portal or PWA management starts at $350/month. Cross-platform mobile application operations start at $600/month; custom enterprise system operations start at $1,000/month.

The exact fee depends on environment, support windows, uptime and recovery expectations, security obligations, workload and provider charges. These are starting points, not fixed infrastructure allowances.

App Store and operating-system support

Optional native app compatibility and store maintenance starts at $450/month in addition to applicable application operations. We define supported versions, QA cadence, store submission obligations and the distinction between bug fixes and new features.

Apple/Google developer memberships, additional provider services, new features and emergency out-of-scope development remain separate.

Independent ownership and cancellation

App management, store compliance, website management and connected integrations are distinct service line items. Ending one does not automatically end the others.

We document what access, export, operational takeover or temporary support may be necessary when an application changes provider.

The operating model

Operations priced for the system being supported

App operations are independently priced: portals from $350/month, mobile apps from $600/month and bespoke enterprise systems from $1,000/month, based on the actual support and infrastructure scope.

Native App Store maintenance is an optional extra from $450/month. Website management remains at its published rates without absorbing application infrastructure, new features or external provider consumption.

Works alongside

Capabilities this program most often depends on or feeds. Each is scoped on its own and added only when it serves the objective.

  1. Client Portals & Booking Systems

Client accounts, bookings, service requests and connected records

  2. Mobile App Development

    Product, UX, engineering, release

  3. Custom Business Software & Enterprise Applications

Complex applications, multi-role workflows and connected business systems

Buyer questions

Is app hosting included in the $75 website plan?

No. Applications have independent operational costs, support duties and infrastructure consumption.

Can we use our own AWS or cloud account?

Yes, subject to the deployment, permissions, support and ownership terms of the agreed service.

Does store support include new product features?

No. Feature development is scoped independently from maintaining a supported release.

  1. How much does a business mobile app cost?

The price of an app is set by its journeys, its integrations and what happens after launch, not by the number of screens.
