Treat customer history as a relationship, not a mass message list

A dormant booking record or lapsed membership is not automatically permission to send an automated message. We begin with the source and age of the data, consent evidence, previous objections, appropriate channels and the service customers actually bought.

From there, we design useful segments, relevant messages and clear booking or reply paths. The campaign stops or changes when a customer opts out, responds, or should be handled by a person.

How the service is designed

  1. List qualification

Check customer source, consent, age, suppression and market rules.

  2. Segmentation

Distinguish recent, lapsed and inactive customer relationships.

  3. Offer and journey

A relevant reason to return, not generic discount pressure.

  4. Email and messaging

Channels selected against consent and provider readiness.

  5. Replies and booking

A clear route to a human or agreed action.

  6. Measurement

Report responses, bookings and attributable collected revenue carefully.

A defined campaign, not an unlimited send allowance

A scoped reactivation campaign starts at $3,500, with provider, message and media costs billed separately. Campaign scope includes agreed audience qualification, message and landing/booking path design, approval, controlled sending and review.

New mailing domains, SMS registrations, extensive CRM cleanup or complex provider migrations require additional work. We will not promise a fixed revenue outcome.

Optional lifecycle management

Ongoing customer lifecycle management starts at $500/month as a separate service, covering the specifically agreed segments, events, monitoring and reporting. It is not bundled with website maintenance.

A revenue-sharing arrangement requires a separately defined measurement methodology for collected incremental revenue, cancellations, refunds and other demand sources.

Consent and reputation come before volume

Suppression and unsubscribe records must be respected across channels. We match message purpose, audience permissions, sending region, sender identity and frequency before release. Paid outreach is governed, reviewed and capped.

The operating model

Scope, ownership and the next step

Customer reactivation is a defined campaign from $3,500, not an automatic benefit of ordinary website hosting or a promise of recovered revenue.

Optional lifecycle management starts at $500/month. Sending provider charges, audience permission, suppression and the basis for any revenue attribution are explicitly agreed.

Buyer questions

Can we upload our old customer list?

We first review what data you have, its origin and the permissions that apply. Not every historical contact is eligible for every channel.

Can you send SMS as well as email?

Only when the recipient permissions and provider registration support the intended message. SMS usage is separately charged.

Can we pay by revenue share?

A custom agreement may be possible, but only with a mutually accepted incremental-revenue measurement method.

  1. How much does email marketing cost?

The difference between paying for an email platform and paying for an email program, and why a lifecycle system costs more to build and less to run than most people expect.
