THE SHORT ANSWER
- A supported, scoped CRM or workflow integration starts at $4,000.
- Independent integration monitoring starts at $350/month, not included with website hosting.
- Unsupported APIs, bidirectional reconciliation, major data migrations and bespoke software change the final quote.
A website inquiry can look successful to the visitor and still fail inside a business. It may create a duplicate customer, reach the wrong department, disappear when an API token expires or never trigger follow-up. The most important part of integration pricing is the work needed to prevent and detect these failures.
The starting scope
A defined CRM or workflow integration with a supported provider starts at $4,000. The first release should identify the source and destination systems, the records involved, field mapping, permitted actions and the expected result of each event.
A common starting example is a website service inquiry that creates or updates an appropriately matched CRM record, carries campaign context, assigns a team owner and produces a visible next action.
This is not a promise to connect any product in the market. Provider APIs, account authorization, write permissions and allowed data processing need verification.
Four factors that change the proposal
Data quality and mapping. Two systems may use different definitions for a customer, company, booking or invoice. Missing records, duplicates, old addresses and conflicting source data introduce correction work.
Direction. A one-way lead handoff is different from bidirectional synchronization. If both systems can edit a record, the agreement must specify which one is authoritative and how conflicts are resolved.
Failure recovery. An integration must make errors visible. Rate limits, revoked credentials, unavailable providers and temporary connection problems require retry and escalation rules. Silent failure can cost more than the original implementation.
Permissions and compliance. A provider may allow some reads but restrict writes or require a separate commercial plan. Regulated data, consent, audit requirements and organization separation can significantly change the solution.
Why monitoring is a separate monthly service
Colorbull’s managed integration monitoring starts at $350/month. That fee concerns the separately agreed connection: health checks, changes in provider behavior, logged failures and defined support.
It does not include unlimited new workflows, substantial API development, provider subscriptions or unrelated application maintenance. Website management remains a separate choice; cancelling integration management should not automatically cancel the website.
The first integration to implement
Choose the connection that causes the most measurable handoff friction, such as inquiries to sales, booking to scheduling or support requests to an assigned queue. Define one successful record, one duplicate, one permission failure and one provider outage as acceptance scenarios.
That produces a tested initial connection and a clear basis for additional work. See CRM & Workflow Integration for the service or discuss your existing systems.
